UK delivery options
Three services cover almost every order placed on the site. Pricing shown is per order, not per item — a pair of mirrors costs the same to ship as a single replacement glass.

Every Next Day and Saturday despatch is sent fully tracked with a 1-hour delivery window the night before. Standard service is tracked door-to-door but without a timed window.
Order cut-off times
We'll despatch the same day — over 19,000 SKUs in stock at our Birmingham warehouse.
The picking team works in two shifts. Anything placed between 3pm and midnight is picked first thing the next working morning and leaves on that day's collection. Bank holidays and weekends don't count as working days.
Tracking your order
You'll receive two emails for every order:
- An order confirmation within a minute of payment, with the items, totals and a unique reference beginning OQW-.
- A despatch notification the moment your parcel leaves the warehouse, containing the courier name and a tracking link.
DPD parcels also send their own SMS the morning of delivery with a live map showing the driver's progress and a one-hour delivery window.

Live within a sensible drive of Birmingham? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick the order up from our trade counter on Holyhead Road, ready in as little as twenty minutes.

- Open Monday–Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm; closed Sundays and bank holidays
- Bring your order confirmation email and a photo ID for the first collection
Northern Ireland & Highlands
Mainland UK service runs as standard to every postcode in England, Wales and lowland Scotland. A handful of remote postcodes are served by a two-day Next Day rather than a true overnight:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands: Next Day arrives within two working days; Standard within five.
- Northern Ireland: Next Day arrives within two working days; Standard within four to six.
- Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Channel Islands: Standard service only, four to seven working days.
No surcharge applies — the prices in the table above are the prices you pay regardless of postcode.
International / EU
We ship to the Republic of Ireland and most EU member states through DPD International, with delivery in three to five working days and full DDP (delivered duty paid).
- Republic of Ireland: £9.99, 2–3 working days
- EU mainland: £14.99, 3–5 working days
- Rest of the world: quoted on request
Failed deliveries & redelivery
If the courier can't deliver — no one home, blocked access, postcode mismatch — they'll usually leave a card and attempt again the next working day.
- First missed attempt: automatic redelivery the next working day, no action required.
- Second missed attempt: parcel diverted to a local pickup shop; you'll get an email with the address and a collection deadline (usually seven days).
- Returned to sender: if uncollected, the parcel comes back to us. We'll re-despatch on request at no extra charge, or refund in full minus the original delivery fee.
