Ordering
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro) through our Stripe-secured checkout, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. Our UK-based customer-service team takes phone orders on 0800 123 4567 from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturdays. Have your vehicle registration to hand and we'll confirm the right part before taking payment.
Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
All prices shown on product pages, the basket and checkout are inclusive of UK VAT at the prevailing rate. A full VAT invoice is automatically emailed with your dispatch confirmation.
I haven't received my order confirmation email — what should I do?
Order confirmations are sent within five minutes of payment. If you can't find one, please check your spam or promotions folder first — they sometimes land there on first orders. If it's still missing, drop us an email at hello@oemquality-wingmirrors.co.uk with the name and postcode on the order and we'll resend it straight away.

Delivery
When is delivery free?
Standard tracked next-day delivery is free on every UK mainland order over £50. Below that threshold, delivery is a flat £3.95. Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland incur a small surcharge calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.
What is the cut-off for next-day dispatch?
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are picked, packed and handed to our courier the same day for next-working-day delivery.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is collected by the courier we email a tracking link and SMS notification with a one-hour delivery window on the morning of arrival. You can also rearrange the delivery, leave it with a neighbour, or divert to a safe place directly from that link.
Do you deliver at the weekend?
Yes — Saturday delivery is available as a paid upgrade (£6.95) at checkout for orders placed before 3pm on Friday. Sunday delivery is not currently offered.
Do you ship to Ireland or the EU?
We ship to the Republic of Ireland with two-to-three working day delivery, and to most EU countries on a four-to-six working day service. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the postcode step.

Fitment
How do I identify the right mirror for my vehicle?
The quickest way is to use the vehicle finder at the top of every page — pick your make, model, year and fitting side, and we'll only show you the parts that match.
What's the difference between stick-on and clip-on glass?
Stick-on glass bonds directly to your existing reflective surface with a strong double-sided adhesive — quick, tool-free and the right choice if the original glass is still in place. Clip-on glass replaces the whole glass-plus-backing-plate module by snapping into the motor housing, which is sturdier and the only option when the original glass is already missing or loose.
Will the heated wiring connector match my original mirror?
Every heated unit we sell ships with the OE-spec connector for the platform listed. If your loom has been modified or you're unsure, give us a quick call and we'll confirm before you order.
How accurate is the vehicle finder?
Our fitment database is built from manufacturer parts catalogues and refined every week against returns data. It's accurate above 99% across our top 200 vehicles. If something doesn't fit, our 60-day no-quibble returns policy has you covered.
Section 04
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 60 days from the delivery date to return any unused item in its original packaging for a full refund — no quibbles, no restocking fee. Faulty or wrong-fit items can be returned at any time within the two-year warranty period.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We never charge a restocking fee on returns within the 60-day window, and that includes change-of-mind returns.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Every wing mirror and glass we sell carries a two-year manufacturer-backed warranty covering material defects, heating element failure and motor faults. To make a claim, email us your order number and a short description of the issue.

Account
Do I need an account to buy from you?
No — guest checkout is fully supported and it's how most of our customers order. You'll still get the order confirmation, tracking link and full VAT invoice by email.
How do I delete my account and personal data?
You can ask us to delete your account and any personal data we hold at any time under UK GDPR. Email privacy@oemquality-wingmirrors.co.uk from the address on the account and we'll confirm deletion within thirty days.
